Val de l'Anse
This 14-story 124-unit project a joint venture project with late Gabriel Horvath, was designed by architect Dan Hanganu and received many prestigious awards, including a First Prize from the Ordre des architectes du Québec, an Orange Prize from Sauvons Montréal and a Domus Award from APCHQ.
A series of ten two-storey contemporary-style homes sit at the foot of the building while eight two-storey penthouses crown it at the top.
Awards
- 1991 : Val de l’Anse wins First prize in architecture from Ordre des Architectes in the category Residential ensemble.
- 1990 : Val de l’Anse wins Builder of the Year.
- 1989 : Val de l’Anse wins Orange Prize « Sauvons Montréal ».
