Proment’s green commitment

Proment has committed itself to develop green projects that are more energy efficient, healthier to live in and more environmentally sustainable. The result should enable the residents to save money on utility bills, breathe cleaner, healthier air and live in a more ecologically responsible manner. Le Vistal I & II, Evolo 1 and 2 are the first and only residential high-rises in Quebec to have achieved LEED Gold Certification. Evolo S and Evolo X towers, have received the LEED Silver Certification.

Proment’s commitment goes further as the Pointe-Nord neighbourhood master plan received LEED ND Gold (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design New Development) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, making it one of the few green neighbourhoods in Canada.
